“Like most married couples, the empty nest begs the questions, 'Do we sell our family home?' 'Do we really need all this space?' 'Do we really need all this stuff?' For us, we certainly didn't need a big family room, and more importantly, we didn't need all these levels of stairs. We did, however, still have a requirement to accommodate those visiting children who no longer live in Newfoundland. We decided on a bungalow with a garage. The fact that we are here in St. John's, near all the amenities, and have a beautiful view of our city is a bonus. Thanks to Donovan Homes and their professional and personable staff who helped us design and build this house, our new home!! We couldn't be happier.”
